Restoration and Preservation of SS316/316L,
DUPLEX/SUPER DUPLEX PIPING EXTERNAL SURFACE PRESERVATION FOR LONG TERM IN
OFFSHORE CONDITIONS.
SS
PIPING SURFACE / WELD SEAM was rusted condition. In order to restore the clean,
the piping surface and to be preserved the same for a period over one year,
Deva PS was requested.
Our
Engineer and Technicians successfully carried out the same, as shown in the
photos, using the Deva PS restoration and preservation solutions as follows:
Using
Dev VCI OD 53 Degrease to clean from oily and grease surface.
Using
the DEV VCI Rust Removal to remove the surface rust/Weld seam Rust.
Apply
DEV W-Shield+ Neutralize the surface.
Apply
VCI OShield 80 for the entire bare material surface.
Now,
the SS piping surface is in pristine condition and will be so for years until
it is used.
