INTERNAL PRESERVATION
We preserve internals of pipes, risers, tanks....etc using Dev VCI W-Shield 25. Vapour based volatile corrosion inhibitor can go to any inaccessable area. It protects the bare metal with high effeciency, ( if required if bare metal is exposed by blasting,derusting..etc ) The VCI water based solution can protect all the knook & corner of internal surface even blind packets and preserve with water presence, these vapour are trapped within internal space by proper enclosure like simple VCI based shrinkable polymers. Internal diameter surfaces seen as fresh as preserved with no traces of red spot or any corrosion even after 441 days. Our VCI products are easy to apply and preserve the internal or external in an excellent way.
