NON-FOAMING CORROSION INHIBITOR
We
have engineered corrosion inhibitors which are a blend of a proprietary
formulation of eco-friendly inorganic compounds and film-forming chemicals.
These are non-foaming products suitable for dosing in potable and seawater
environment/pipelines/ storage tanks to inhibit corrosion of the assets and
avoid discolouration of water due to rust. Two different products one for
Seawater and another one for Potable water are available.
Suitable
percentage of a dose of Seawater Corrosion Inhibitor “Dev SWCI 101 / 401” added
to the tanks and pipelines containing seawater eliminates corrosion. The
results after a year as compared to one of the untreated tanks shown below.
The
tanks showed to be in a preserved condition hence claiming the capability of
our product.
The
treated water after appropriate dosing with potable water Corrosion Inhibitor
Dev PWCI 201 is suitable to be used for various purposes. To add on, these
products gave a remarkable corrosion rate (<0.02 mm/year) and are available
for one time or periodic doses. Moreover, they are free from Nitrates,
Chromates, heavy metals and other toxic substances and thus safe to mother
nature when discharged.
