Restoration and Preservation
of Pig Launcher
The internal of the pig launcher was in rusted
condition. In order to restore the clean internal surface and to preserve the
same for a period over one year, DevaPS was requested.
Our Engineer and Technicians successfully carried out
the same, as shown in the photos, using the DevaPS restoration and preservation
solutions as follows:

Degrease using Dev VCI OD 53

Remove the rust using Dev Rust
Remover
-
Neutralize the surfaces using Dev
VCI W- Shield+
-
After drying, apply Dev VCI OS 87
and spray the internals with Dev VCI OS 92 to cover the unprotected locations,
if any.

Seal the ends using Dev Flange dots.
Now, the pig launcher in pristine condition and will be so
for years until it is put to use..
